Ainsley Vince of Milton, ON and Catch 22, an 11-year-old Dutch warmblood gelding owned by Trinity Farms, are the leaders in the Jump Canada Standings heading in to the final stop on the tour, the Royal Horse Show. Vince has accumulated 240.35 points over the season in the national series.


Karen Cudmore Remains at Top of Canadian World Cup Standings

Following her stellar season, Karen Cudmore, originally from Victoria, BC, and now based in Omaha, Nebraska, leads the Canadian World Cup standings with an outstanding 58 points. As Cudmore has competed in six World Cup Qualifiers in 2002, with only the best four to count, she is not eligible to receive World Cup points at the Royal. She finishes the World Cup season with 58.

Excitement Continues in Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series Following September Events

The 2002 Show Jumping Hall of Fame Jumper Classic Series saw eight exciting member events in September – five in the East Conference and three in the West Conference. The Series kicked off in February and runs through December, culminating in its first-ever Year-End Championship to be held at the National Horse Show.


2002 Jump Canada Bursary Winners Announced

The Jump Canada Bursary Committee has awarded bursaries of $1,000 each to five riders who have demonstrated a dedication to their sport and to their continuing education.
