Tim Grubb Follow-Up Clinic at York Equestrian Centre

Source :  York Equestrian Riding School

Due to the overwhelming success of Tim’s clinic in November we are very pleased to announce that we will be hosting a follow–up clinic for those riders who would like to build on the skills and exercises they began working on with Tim. We also hope to have some spots available for participants who were unable to take advantage of the first clinic.

Anyone who is interested in participating again, or for the first time, should contact me as soon as possible as space is limited and we are hoping to fill all sessions quickly.

As with the first clinic we will be offering 4 groups at the following heights:

3’group – novice rider or green horse
Two 3’6” groups – intermediate rider or more seasoned horse
4’ group – advanced / experienced rider and horse

We are asking that all riders participating in the weekend audit at least one other session. We found that this does indeed give a better understanding of the exercises and helps with preparation for their session.

Tim Grubb is originally from Leicestershire, England and first competed internationally in 1974. He rode for the silver medal winning British team at the 1980 and 1984 Olympic Games. In 1993, Tim was AGA Rider of the Year with five major grand prix wins with his mount Denizen. In 1996, Tim won the USET Show Jumping Championship aboard Denizen. Internationally, Tim has also competed in two World Equestrian Games. Tim takes great pride in training his students, many of whom have competed internationally for their countries.

The cost of the clinic will once again be $250.00

Proper riding attire is requested

Stalls available at $40.00 per day

Auditors are welcome at $25.00 per day

A riding schedule will be posted to this website as we fill each session
