USA Equestrian Approved Rule Changes

The USA Equestrian Executive Committee approved rule changes to the
2003 USA Equestrian Rule Book on December 3. The 2003 Rule Book is located
at the Federation website at
www.equestrian.org/2003rulebook/index.asp, with all rule changes
new for 2003 indicated by colored text.


Please note that a Rule Book Supplement has been compiled for your
convenience and contains all changes for 2003 since the printing of the Rule
Book as well as a clarification document regarding the Jumper rule changes.
